Pricing : We charge differently our Retail Sales, Customer Membership and VIP Membership plus Tour Operators sales which is in All World Countries. 4. Voucher Deliery : We can send your voucher document to your email adress or if you want any other delivery type, you can tell it and we can send it by this way. Our customers are responsible for controlling the Check-in and Check-out dates. In circumstances of any kind of disagreements our Company's Registirations will be valid only. 5. Changes of Reservation Dates & Names : You can always making changes on your accommodation dates and the names of guests. These changing services are totally FREE. Room availability and the term rates of the hotel are changable due to the periods. Conditions of Confirmed Hotel Changes : If you want to change your Confirmed Hotel to Another Hotel, you should do that request 18 or more days before the Check In. When you requested to change your Confirmed Hotel to Another Hotel 15 or less days before the Check In, 30 % amount will be collected. ( No-show will be subject) When you requested to change your Confirmed Hotel to Another Hotel 18 or more days before the Check In, 10 % process fee will be collected from the advance payment which you paid for your first wanted hotel. 20 % Arrear amount will be used for your new Hotel. * The client are responsible to pay the arrear amount which is apart from the advance payment to the hotel on check in. 7. Cancellation Rules : You can cancel your reservations up to 20 or more days before the Check In Date. From the paid advance payment, 15 % amount will be collected as agency service fee, other 20 % amount will be refuded to you. ( Refunding will be made to you as reducing all sort of bank charges and expenses from the advance payment. ) In the case of cancellation Hotel reservation 45 or less days before the Check In, 30 % amount will be collected. ( No-show will be subject. ) In the case of total accommodation amount is paid, 70 % Arrear will be refunded to you. ( Refunding will be made to you as reducing all sort of bank charges and expenses from the advance payment. ) Also please ask for the Changes and Cancellation dates of the Groups. It’s changeable due to the requested Hotel and total pax of the group. 8. Transfer Restrictions : In transfers, more than 2 suitcases and 20 kg. of luggage is due to fees and approval of the carrier. No matter how heavy it is, all fluids, fragrant, explosive radioactive, combustible materials and transferring movies is prohibited. We can not be kept responsible in the customer's damages loss, being stolen of private belongings (handbags, vallets, cell phones, jeweleries, etc.) and luggages transported in the vehicle unless luggages are insuranced. All fines and legal punishments judged by Administrative and Juidical Authorities must be paid by the customer. 9.
