  1. Information about Pre-Payment :
      The amount will be paid only when a corresponding agreement is ensured between the client
      and Turk Hotel Market about the amounts and the payment dates. All amounts you had paid             without the Confirmation Document wiil not bind Turk Hotel Market.com. We won't charge you             unless the definite reservation is made as one of our principals. Please request the reservation       confirmation which means the room is booked certainly. After you paid advance payment,
      please request Voucher Document. ( Hotel Accommodation Document ).
  
  2. Procedures Before the Purchase :
      Be one of our members before you purchase a hotel from us and benefit our advantages.     
      a ) Retail Sales: You can purchase without being a member.
      b ) Customer Membership: Be one of our Customer members in 3 min. and get discounts up to
          30 % from Rack rates.
      c ) VIP Membership & Tour Operators : Be one of our VIP members with registrating in 5 min.           and get discounts up to 30 % + 10 % from Rack rates.

  3. Hotel Selection and Price Check :
      You can easily see the facilities of the hotel in details by just clicking on the select a hotel
      button see the region of the hotel by clicking on the map, click on the Customer Prices or
      if you are our  member, click on the Member Prices button to analyse the rates and get our             special discounts. To make Hotel Pre-reservation, click on the 'Book Now' button, fill in
      the Hotel Reservation Pre- Selection Form, and send us your request by clicking on the
      Send the Reservation button. You'll be replied within a few hours. 
 
  4. Filling the Hotel Reservation Pre-Selection Form And Purchasing :
      a.) Please Select your three Hotels as preference line. Select Hotel Stars and If you want
         the alternative hotel prices, please mention it.
      b ) Fill all details correctly and consider that blanks marked with " the star - * " must be filled.
      c ) Click on the Send Reservation Require Button.
      d ) You'll receive an e-mail or fax document from us within a few hours as our reply.
      e ) We will inform you about the advance payment (you will pay to our agency) and option
            dates (the latest day of payment) to reserve and purchase your wanted Hotel. If you
            haven't paid until the latest day of payment, this reservation will be cancelled and you
            won't have the right to act oppositely.
      f ) You can purchase it as paying % 30 advance payment by Bank Transfer or Credit Card -
            Mail Order without expiring your option dates. (Please check for the Cancellation and
            Refund Terms.)
      g ) When we get advance payment amount, your room will be reserved by us with your
            name in your wanted Hotel.
      h ) As last, you Voucher Document will be sent to you and your Holiday will be certain to
            enjoy it.
