  6. -Purchasing the Service :
               For purchasing a Hotel reservation from Turk Hotel Market-Your Hotel Expert you should type your user name
               and password down, reach the discounted rares of the Hotels, select one and fill  in the Reservation form
               completely (please fill in every blank) and transmit it to us by clicking Send button. In this Reservation form we
               are asking you kindly to type down your name, address, your phone numbers, with selecting the
               Accommodation type you require and indicate the room type you want to stay in, but please do not forget to
               inform us if you need extra beds. After you have selected your accommodation type, please indicate the ages
               of your children who will be staying with you in the same room. Predominantly infants aged between 0-2
               are free. Some world hotels and Turkish hotels accept pets, so please check the hotel of your request, if you
               are considering about taking them with you. Hotel Check in hour is 14:00 in the afternoon while the Check out
               hour is 12:00 in noon. For all your extra demands please let us know by writing on the right hand side of the
               Reservation form where the empty section is. When you finish filling in you can complete your process by just
               clicking Send button. The service you have requested will become absolute and in 24 hrs. time we will be
               sending your  Confirmation Document with all the details of your request and payment. After your checking

  8. - Validity :
               The agreement will be valid when our Customer Member make a reservation and our Vip Club Member's user
               name and password had been approved and sent by us to the user. All the  Members mentioned in this
               agreement are not responsible to our company in anyway.We undertake that all memberships are free of charge
ATTENTION :
As Turk Hotel Market -Your Hotel Expert we would like you to know that all the pre-payments and / or possible
cancellation dates are indicatedon your Confirmation document and you can reserve and cancel from our Hotel Reservation Website as much as you like.

In the matters of any kinds of cancellations, cancellation allowance will be refund to the bill payer in 24 hrs. ,
the latest under the rules led by Ministry of Tourism and TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies)
